• The Hotline consists of coaches who are available throughout the day answering questions. You should be able to get a hold of a live person at all times or you will be prompted to leave a message. You won't be forced to hold for the next available representative.
• If you call the Hotline and get a voice mail prompt, leave a message and they will promptly return your call.
• You will also have access to email or fax questions to the Hotline
